Warranty obligations on the products supplied are specified in the accompanying documents, such as passport, certificate, etc.

In all other cases, the warranty period in calendar time makes 6 months from the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer.

Information for claims and reclamations:

1. An unsatisfactory-equipment report is prepared on behalf of an organization/private person that has purchased an item in the company.
2. An invoice on return of goods is drawn up “for research without transfer of ownership”.
3. Return prices of goods are the same as their purchase prices.
